The DGT Professional Gardeners Network was set up to support those professional gardeners, often working alone or with limited staff, in historic landscapes with continuing professional development, networking and, potentially, mentoring. The network organizes occasional meetings to learn, explore topics, exchange information and ideas and to discuss issues faced by professional gardeners. It is supported by Devon Gardens Trust but is run by the Network for its members, who do not have to be members of the Trust.
