Description:

Feniton Court stands on the site of an earlier manor house and was once the home of the Northcott family and of the Right Honourable Sir John Patterson who died here.  It was the seat of the Pattesons in the C19. The owner reckons it was built in 1788 but it looks early C19 (Historic England) and probably includes the shell of an earlier house, the billiard room was added in 1927. The building is a plain late Georgian style house  with older parts incorporated. It has an attractive south front with one-storey loggia with paired columns between full-height canted bays.

Listed Buildings

Feniton Court is listed Grade II.
